Analytical Value exists to help our clients solidify or enhance the value in their operations. We look for ways to provide needed assistance efficiently where and when needed. Frequently, that means working in a task-oriented payment structure rather than following the traditional professional system of "running the meter" and billing more when work takes longer to complete. There is a perverse incentive in most time-based compensation structures — if you are efficient and get the job done quickly your rewards go down.

Our business model is not based upon a pyramid of lower-level staff, but is modeled on a column, led by an experienced business professional and supported by technicians as needed for the requirements of a particular task. We are analytical specialists, applying powerful tools and techniques to solve complex business problems. Our team leaders dive right in to the problems at hand, diagnosing what needs to be done and developing realistic plans for accomplishing the objective. We know how to ask the right questions and, perhaps more importantly, we know how to listen to the information you provide.
