Financial Neutral

These services combine business, accounting, analytical and business valuation skills to allow for an independent analysis and examination of financial positions taken by the parties involved in a dispute. A financial neutral may be brought in to evaluate such items as business valuation, damages or lost profits analyses, solvency determination, etc. This role can be particularly useful when combined with a special master, arbitrator or mediator who does not posses a financial background.
